WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

We know life happens, and plans can change. To make your experience as smooth as possible, and to ensure our artists are fairly compensated, we’ve put together our rescheduling, and cancellation policies.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes! A deposit is required to secure any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but don’t worry, your deposit goes straight toward the final price of your tattoo or piercing. This helps us reserve your time and ensures our artists can dedicate their full focus and energy to your session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that sometimes things come up. Here’s how it works:

  • Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel your appointment or don’t show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a forfeited deposit.

  • Rescheduling: Every appointment is eligible for one reschedule if you provide at least 7 days’ notice. Any changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment are treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
