This is an exciting time, and we want to thank you wholeheartedly for trusting us to mark your body. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready for your tattoo experience.

In the Week Leading Up to Your Appointment

  • Take care of your body: Eat a clean diet with smaller, more frequent meals to avoid feeling overly full or lethargic during your session.

  • Hydrate and rest: Drink plenty of water (around 2 liters per day), reduce caffeine, avoid alcohol, and get adequate sleep. This helps your body handle the tattoo, reducing redness, swelling, and irritation.

  • Prepare your skin: Apply lotion to areas to be tattooed to soften the skin and make the process smoother. If you’re not used to shaving the area yourself, do not shave, it’s better to avoid cuts and razor bumps. Protect your skin from sunburn and excessive sun exposure. We cannot tattoo on damaged or sunburnt skin.

On the Day of Your Appointment

  • Eat a good meal and stay hydrated. Bring a small snack or drink if your session is long. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that deliver to our studio in Maadi, Cairo, in case you are hungry.

  • Avoid alcohol or any substances that may thin your blood.

  • Arrive relaxed and with a positive mindset.

This preparation allows us to focus on the creative process and collaborate with you to make this experience as comfortable, meaningful, and memorable as possible.
